Available delivery options and any shipping charges are presented at checkout after you enter your delivery address. If no shipping option is available for your address, contact us before ordering. Do not assume that delivery to a particular country or region is available unless it is offered at checkout.

Processing and delivery timing

Processing and transit times can vary by item, destination, and carrier. Contact us if you require delivery for a particular date; an estimated date is not a guaranteed delivery commitment unless specifically confirmed. Delays may occur during peak periods or because of circumstances outside the carrier’s or our control.

Address details

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and review it before submitting an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us promptly with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, a change may no longer be possible.

Tracking and delivery problems

When tracking information is available, use the information supplied with your order or the Track Order page. If tracking shows an unexpected status, a parcel has not arrived, or you receive a damaged parcel, contact us with your order number and relevant details. Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

International orders
